Connecting to zen (city fibre) fttp RT-AX86U

Hi

I can not for the life of me connect the RT-AX86U to Zen Fibre (City Fibre). I've got the ONT connected to the WAN port

WAN Connection Type: PPPoE
Enable WAN: Yes
Enable NAT: Yes
Enable UPnP: Yes
In the WAN IP Setting section set Get the WAN IP automatically to Yes.
In the WAN DNS Setting section set Connect to DNS Server automatically to Yes.

Set VLAN ID
IPTV - manual setup - then internet I've tried 101, 911 leaving it blank and still nothing!

Tried both stock and Merlin

Any help much appreciated

That's what the ZEN KB says apart from the Vlan ID bit.
Are you sure you have the correct password ?
Have you spoken to Zen Support ?
Does it work with the Zen Router ?
