CPU usage log or send notification when % reached

Hi,

Currently, I send myself an email when the WAN IP get changed and it works very well.

I wonder if I can do that for the CPU usage too? for example, send me an email when CPU reaches 90% or 0.90? or log the 24 hours CPU usage value somewhere like bandwidth usage? I found CPU could be an issue when big throughput but I am not sure if it is a real issue with my network. and it is so hard to stay up to 4am every day (timezone diff).

If it can send me a message so I know when CPU reaches certain % usage or just a log somewhere to see the whole day CPU usage will be great too!
