New Around Here
Hey all, after running my n56u since mid September (4.5 months) flawlessly without a single issue and no power cycles, I came home one day last week with a router that was not functioning. It was still broadcasting SSID, but it would not assigned an IP address to wireless devices. I plugged in via a LAN cable and when trying to ping it, it was either unresponsive or "General Failure" or something like that. I power cycled it several times and had no success. So I ended up resetting it and had to add back in all my previous configs. Since then no issues.

I'm running v1.0.1.7f (yeah I know its old FW but I don't mess with things that are running great.) Wondering if anyone else had this problem and know the root cause? Also wondering if this is part of a trend that will happened again or just an odd fluke. It was rather surprising because I haven't had to touch the router since I installed it in September.

Thanks
