Daily and/or Monthly Data Limits

My cable plan has recently imposed monthly data use limits. I have 4 kids fighting over who is using all the data. I installed Merlin and can now see who uses what per day/month. This is a fantastic thing you've done and I appreciate the work.

I was wondering if there is a way to cap the total amount of data a specific IP on the wireless can use per day and/or month. I don't want to limit bandwidth just cap the total allowed data and when the device reaches that number then it is automatically blocked until the next day or month.
