DDNS setup with Charter Spectrum Router - Confused. Please help.

Hi,

Trying to setup a Dynamic DNS service like No-Ip and having trouble getting in to my network. Makes me wonder if Spectrum blocks ports?

Also pulled the manual for my RAC2V1K Router where it says:

DDNS service will not work properly under these conditions: · When the WiFi Router is using a private WAN IP address (192.168.x.x, 10.x.x.x, or 172.16.x.x), as indicated by yellow text. · The WiFi Router works on a network who uses multiple NAT tables.

My Router is 192.168.1.1 which is the default. So it wont work?
