Hey all,
I'm running into a little issue that I'm having a bit of a problem getting around.
I currently use PIA, and have had no issues with it. It connects, my whole network is behind it via my router, and all is well.
I've cause to get a OpenVPN server instance running on a FreeNAS jail for remote access to the network using the Asus server on the DDNS page, which is operational... when I turn the OpenVPN client in my RT-AC87U connecting me to PIA off... this is less than desirable.
When I turn the OpenVPN client in my RT_AC87U to PIA on, I lose remote connectivity to my network. From what I can see, the router is providing my Internet Provider IP address to Asus, instead of my PIA IP address, via the router WAN - DDNS page.
Is there any way around this? Ideas?
Router: RT-AC87U
Firmware: Asuswrt-Merlin v 380.66_4
Thanks for your time.
