Deep Packet Inspection Blockers

Has anyone tried getting a deep packet inspection blocker running on our routers?

I've come across these projects that implement DPI blocking.

I am guessing that zapret being the only one with linux support would make it the one we would be looking to get built for our routers. Does anyone have any experience or information that would help in achieving this?
