Has anyone noticed this changes, I think this option is available after 385.10000.

Are there so many with 385 firmwares? ;)

And yes has been reported somewhere already.
 
I'm not sure how many routers are on 385.xx :)
 
What I remember only 68U got this intermediate 385 firmware (maybe I'm wrong).
First seen for 66U_B1 last Nov.
You read everything here and should even know it better than me.;)
 
I do read everything here. It doesn't mean I remember it all though. :)

I found this old screen dump (to list the 5 GHz channels):

Firmware 3.0.0.4.380.7743 is dated 2017/06/16.
The number of 5 GHz channels and the additional DFS setting shall for sure be related to the region.
