Hello

Just wondered why my NAS drive would be making DHCP requests when I'm not in / its not in use.

Am I just being paranoid that someones accessing it, or is this normal for it to periodically connect?

Cheers

Lease renewal most likely. Leases have a limited validity and must be periodically renewed with the DHCP server.

Of course, thanks. I had two today, I think the other may of been an update check.
