Disable Chrome Remote Desktop for WAN?

I am using Chrome Remote Desktop to access a Windows 10 home machine because Windows RDP is not available on home versions. I have VPN enabled on the router and the router cannot be accessed directly on the WAN. I would also like to make it so Chrome Remote Desktop is only accessible on LAN or WAN with VPN. Any ideas?
