Do I need a DS1010+, DS411+ or something else?

New Around Here
I do a lot of graphics and animation work at home and am looking for a NAS I can archive that work off onto, while also having the ability to work on projects stored on the NAS. These will at time use uncompressed HD video in after effects projects. If a project is huge I can work locally, but I want to avoid that as much as possible. I will also use lots of other NAS features so not going for a DAS setup, though very tempting.

So, so I get a DS410, DS411+ or DS1010+

I will be doing mainly read operations, but I am really looking for speed here. I am really going to bankrupt myself though if I go for the 1010+. I would not use anything extra it offers other than link aggregation (for which I would have to buy a switch) and perhaps stick a 5th drive in there one day (at the moment buying 4 x 2tb Seagate 5900 LP drives to have in RAID 5).

Am I likely to get that much of a speed increase? Will it be enough? Is it hard to setup my workstation to use link aggregation too? Should I just save as much money as possible and get another NAS in the future when USB 3 and 10GbE are mainstream, as if they were these sort of prices that the DS411+ is now, I will probably upgrade in a couple of years, or even as soon as they hit those prices.

Is there anything not too dissimilar in price that offers 10GbE?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
