Hi Guys,
Have been told by helpful people on the snbforum, that the best setup for home internet use is to use a separate modem and router.
Can you guys tell me the difference between the following modems and the chip-sets they use ? - are they more reliable than the broad-com chipsets when your line is over 2km away ?.
The models are:
1) DRAYTEK VIGOR 100 Series 4-Port Ethernet ADSL2+ PPPoE Wired LAN Bridge Modem
2) DRAYTEK VIGOR 110 Modem
Which is the better out of the two ?.
Or any alternatives in regards to reputed rock-solid stability and performance would be appreciated ( as long as it's not the Draytek Vigor 130 which is very pricey ).
Thanks guys.
