Hi, I just got a used DroboPro with some small drives from a Facebook Market seller for $250. The plan for it is to use it as iSCSI storage for my Windows 2016 server which is running Plex. I know that this device has a limit of 16TB per volume which is perfectly fine with me as I would use StableBit DrivePool to combine the volumes into a much larger drive.
The issue I'm seeing is that this DroboPro came with the 1.2.3 firmware which, if I'm reading it right, restricts the maximum total drive size to 32TB which would not be so great if I populate the thing with 8TB REDs.
My question is, does anyone out here have a copy of the 1.2.2 firmware so I could downgrade?
Additionally, am I just interpreting the changelog incorrectly? The other 2 ways I can think of interpreting this is that it either fixes the ability to only see 32TB of physical data or that it allows single drives up to 32TB in size (both of these wouldn't be terrible).
