DS411+ performance: Any trick?

Hi all,

I just buy a Synology DS411+ and do a NASPT Raid 0 (4 Seagate ST3500413AS disks) test. But the result is only half of that given by the report of this site (http://www.smallnetbuilder.com/nas/nas-reviews/31324-new-to-the-charts-synology-ds411-diskstation).

Any advice for me to boost the performance?
