DSL-N16 WDS AP from phone hotspot

My internet is down temporarily for repairs (2 weeks) so I am trying to supply the internet from my phones 5G hotspot to all the devices in my home.

I have this DSL-N16 lying about can I use the WDS mode in the DSL-N16 to use the DSL-N16 as an AP for my home devices to connect to the internet supplied from my phones hotspot.

Not with WDS but USB tethering should work. WDS only works between brands.

thanks for the help. unfortunately the DSL-N16 hasn't usb the RT-N16 does.
