I'm using version 378.55, but this is happening since 378.50 (I didn't try older versions).
I'm using two ISPs and the router is set to load balance. The first ISP uses fiber and I'm using PPPoE, it is connected to the WAN port. The second is ADSL, it is connected to LAN4 (set as WAN) and I'm using DHCP (double NAT unfortunately, because the ADSL modem does not work as bridge)
Both ISPs are working just fine, but when both are connected, devices connected to the router won't have any connection. The router still pings Internet addresses just fine but the devices connected to it will lose all their access, except for ongoing connections. If I drop one of the ISPs connection, the devices will get access again.
The only way to get it to work is disabling Port Trigger. Then everything works just fine. But if I enable Port Trigger again, the problem re-arises.
I have a single rule in Port Trigger, which is:
Trigger Port: 6660:6669
Protocol: TCP
Income Port: 113
Protocol: TCP
