i got a TL-R470T+ v2.1 and i have a dual wan with start cable and primus dsl.
my internet became extremely slow.
i changed settings to 1 wan and its normal.

How can i diagnoze this issue.
 
i'm sure there's people that visit these forums whom have used that device or something like it, but while you wait, have you tried contacting their tech support? it sounds like it's thinking too hard.

Primus DSL on WAN1. What's on WAN 2?
 
Cable modem is usualy 10x faster than DSL, for the from-Internet direction. Maybe you want to configure for certain port No. or service types to go to DSL? Like Torrents or VoIP would be DSL-only?
