Emailing URL Links to Files

I'm looking for a NAS device that will allow my to share photos with my family. I want to be able to select certain photos, enter an email address and the auto-generated links will be emailed to them. I believe Netgear with "Ready NAS Photos II" and Buffalo "Web Access" products offer this functionality. Are there any other and is there a way to do this for freenas?

Why buy anything? Just attach your photos from whatever storage system you have now including nas while using free "Windows Live Mail" software in Windows XP or Windows 7. Select the photo email option... your Windows OS will then upload the selected photos to their free skydrive and provide your email recipients with a URL to view the slide show and also download all the pics at no charge.
