Hey

i having troubles installing entware on my hdd on my ac66 everytime it is comming to the point were i install entware thrugh the script

"entware_install.sh"

its comming up with

"wget: bad address 'entware.wl500g.info'
sh: can't open './entware_install.sh'

help.

Are your DNS servers correctly set in RT-AC66U?

Did you follow these directions? https://github.com/RMerl/asuswrt-merlin/wiki/Entware

It looks like you are running the wrong command. The above tutorial says to run "entware-setup.sh".

Yes I have done the github and I don't have any problems with the rest of the Internet, I can do download. I have also found the entware.sh on the net and there is no problem downloading this file.

Is it on my hdd the problem is??

Just to be sure: Can you try this to verify that the DNS resolution is working on the router?

chief@RT-AC68U:/tmp# cd /tmp
chief@RT-AC68U:/tmp# wget http://www.hp.com
Connecting to www.hp.com (15.240.238.59:80)
index.html  100% |***********************************************************************************|  99k  0:00:00 ETA

This check downloads the index.html file from the hp.com homepage and verifys that you are able to download files with wget.

Hey there

I have done a total firmware on the router and formated the hdd and reinstall it all and now everything is going well.

I don't know what was going wrong but it's OK now hurra.
