Quick question, more curiosity than anything else :
I have set (AC-66U) the control channel for 2.4G to Auto, the channel selected is then 6. When looking at the Site Survey tab in Wireless, I can see that the vast majority of my neighbours also use 6.
What is the expected behaviour of the Auto channel selection?
Is it going to audit the environment on it own to select the channel?
Is there an event that triggers the auto/selection?
Am I totally missing the point of this "Auto" entry in the Channel selection list?
