New Around Here
Hi there, I am a new user here as well as a new user to all things VPN.
I started exploring VPN for my home network system a few weeks ago.
I have an ASUS RT-AC5300 router, with asuswrt-Merlin software.
I am only using the router for openVPN via the router. I have many computers and other devices in our home.
In my exploration, I discovered that I was having a problem finding a provider that enabled both TLS and DNSSEC over any router connections.
Anyway, I am doing a lot of educated guessing as to what is actually happening, especially with the possible solutions I have found. I have a lot to learn, and hopefully posting here will bring about some help from those who have expertise in all things VPN.
I have posted a web page with my findings and guesses as to what to do and how to do it. Some of it even involves using new discovered technology, that is just being recently explored.
You can find my web page at: http://www.mrrace.com
Look on the Fun Stuff page to find my VPN Adventure.
I look forward to hearing from others who actually know what is happening and how to do it correctly.
