Extend network to offsite location

Hi folks, I'm looking for some guidance.

My workplace makes use of a drone. The base station acts as a wifi router. It allows a laptop to access a webpage and open a video feed from the drone camera. The laptop can connect via network cable to the base station or via wifi.

I would like to be able to have remote access to that feed. So what I am looking to do is "extend" the network to a remote location, ideally using a cellular connection to provide the flexibility.
