Extremly slow usb=>ethernet download but fast upload 374.33

I have this strange issue since I bought my ac56u. Even on stock asus FW usb smb download speed to PC over ethernet suddenly became 1,4 mbyte/sec. At the same time upload speed from PC to usb was 32 mbyte/sec. Download speed from usb over wifi was also maximum (12 mbyte/sec to HTC One). Rebooting PC and router didn't help. I had to reset to default to restore dowload speed. Now the same issue appeared in 374.33 Merlin FW. ((

I noticed that when this issue appears there are abnormal graphs in traffic monitor when copying is in progress.

Any ideas what is the cause and how to fix?

I guess you are right. I did several settinga yesterday and one of them was enabling QoS.

Can this bug be fixed in current FW version by specific QoS settings?

I tried to look at it but I'm not familiar enough with how Linux's traffic classification works to fix it. I reported the issue to Asus a few weeks ago, hopefully they will eventually solve it on their end.
