The following ports are apparently blocked by me (RT-AC88U with 380.68_2, AB-Solution and FreshJR's Adaptive QOS Script). How can I edit the iptables and make the following ports available?

Help would be very nice ... :)

TCP ports 5061 and 8080 incoming
UDP ports 5004 and 3389 incoming

Note that AB-Solution does not and never will block anything in the firewall/ipset area.
Maybe @FreshJR's QOS hack does, but I have not checked that code as I have no use for it.

No port blocking here.

If ports were never forwarded then its regular NAT behavior. Open your ports.
