Greetings - I have been using Tomato by Shibby for years and recently upgraded to this router. The ASUS interface looks decent and the firmware from seems to work well, although I am still much more comfortable with the TomatoUSB interface.
My router uses are simple. I only use it for various wired and WiFi-connected devices like PCs, tablets, phones, Smart TVs, etc. I don't use the USB ports or QoS. Am I better off sticking with the ASUS firmware, ver. 3.0.0.4.380.7266 from 2/14/17, or should I use the latest Shibby, which is ver. 138-MultiWan, from 8/2/16?
Thanks, in advance.
