First OpenVPN Server Works, Second Won't move Traffic - AX58-U

I am looking for two OpenVPN servers to run. One is all default settings, and the other has a single line to route all traffic through the VPN (not split). Independently those work fine.

I have oVPN 1 set with the customer command to disable split and it works. The second server is default (except for changing the port to avoid conflict with server 1) and I can connect to it without any problem...but no traffic moves.

I feel like I'm missing something simple, but I'm not sure what.

Any thoughts?
