Foscam FI9821W + AC68 (378.50)

I have some problem with wifi camera and ac68 on 378.50. I always lose access to the camera (but in web interface of router the camera is present) no ping, only reboot. But if I use 376.48_1 all works fine.

Is what the difference between 376.48_1 and 378.50?

thx

NCyclon - You're not alone. I'm on 378.52 and ever since the fw upgrade my F19805W is exhibiting the exact same problem. I power cycled everything today (AC68U and camera) and got it back for about ten minutes. I get the interface login but it times out or tells me to connection failed, try again later. I have The Dude network analyzer on my server and it reports ping and http is down on the camera. Asus FW interface sees it as connected. Ping requests to the camera time out. I also have three F18910W cameras indoors, and I lost the living room camera today. I power cycled that one twice and it's back up now. That outdoor cam just survived a record cold winter without a hiccup, so this was unusual to me. I Googled "Asus Merlin Foscam" and sure enough, here I am. Did you ever get this issue resolved? This started for me on 378.50. I would hate to have to roll back, or go with stock FW.

It sounds like the problem with NAT loopback, it is supposed to be fixed from version 378.51, som try with the latest 378.52_2.

- NEW: NAT loopback can now be chosen between Disable, Asus's original,
and Merlin's own (based on Phuzi0n's original DD-WRT design). The
option can be found on the Firewall page.

Still ongoing. I power cycled cams and router a few nights ago, and they came up DC'd, but all of a sudden "woke up" overnight. That lasted almost 24 hours. Then outdoor camera and living room cam dropped. Outdoor cam came back after a while but living room is still down. These cams are all static IP's btw. Addressed from 200-204. Something is up with this firmware. Hopefully I have some time this weekend to play around. Maybe I'll load up the stock FW. =/ I wonder if Merlin has any beta's coming soon.

I did a factory reset on the AP and reconfigured. All 4 cams came up no problem. I know the changelog didn't mention a reset for the 68U from .51 > .52, but I'm hoping this is the fix. So far, so good!
