New Around Here
Our Frontier fiberoptic system goes down every hour at the same time and then automatically recovers. It has the Frontier NVG468MQ Arris router. We changed our account from one name to another so that they replaced everything in the house past the outside fiber optic cable. The problem is still present. We have disconnected everything else inside the house except for one device and it did not resolve the issue. We changed the one device from a laptop, to a desktop, to an Amazon Fire stick, to a ROKU stick to a ROKU TV to a cell phone on WIFI. The problem still persisted. Once in a while the time changes to a new time. It then drops out at the new time. We like the 500 mB per second download and upload speeds but are frustrated with the constant interruptions in service. Any thoughts?

What are the lights on the arris doing when the interruption occurs ?
Is it rebooting?

if you can, log into the arris and look at the logs reporting errors or the interruption. What do they list ?

otherwise you may have to escalate a service ticket.
