Intel SS 4200, intel blurb page http://www.intel.com/products/server/storage/ss4200/index.htm
About a year and a half old. I picked this unit up for its relatively low power use, small footprint and ability to modify. I added a db9 serial port so I didn't have to add a video card and upgraded the CPU to a E4300 (1.8ghz celeron). Replaced the built in DOM module with an IDE hard drive and happily ran freebsd + zfs on it until I had reason to upgrade. Includes 4x 1.5tb seagate 7200.11 drives (4.5tb raidz1/raid5 storage, 6tb total), 80gb IDE drive, the original software DOM module (that i used for about an hour and never used again) and a spare cf module that i considered using as a boot drive. All said and done I probably spent around ~600 or so when this was all new but I built myself a new monster storage machine and this has been sadly sitting around wanting a new home. This unit also works with newer 2tb/3tb drives. When I was doing most of my research I got most of my information from the following pages, please note you will either need a serial cable or a riser card and a low profile video card to console the device, most people do a 'blind install' of windows home server or linux, but FreeBSD isn't quite so friendly in that regard so I had to get serial console output to do the installation.
