Hey all,
So I updated our wi-fi to a TP-Link EAP 245 access point. Behind that is a TP-Link 8 port gig switch, connected to a d-link gig switch, then to the router, then to the ATT modem.

Everything was great...

But now my son is having some issues. He occasionally plays Battlelands Royale. When he does, he routinely gets connection errors and it boots him out of the round he's playing.

He plays on an IPAD 4 so I'm pretty sure it's not the hardware. The issue is mostly gone if he plays using either my wife's Iphone or my Galaxy S7 as an access point (like when we're traveling up to the in-laws in the car). It also doesn't happen at the in-laws house. They have FiOS.

our internet connect is only ATT Basic 6...6Mbps max download. It's been good enough and we've been trying to save money. I know it's slow compared to most of you all here, but until just recently it has been just fine. We don't watch many movies online and are not big gamers.

I've searched the internet to see if there's recommendations from the game developer and can't find anything.

So do you all think that's the issue? Our connection speed?

Any help greatly appreciated
