Likely Mediatek. They collaborated with Axon networks to make WIFI 7 HW.. It's an Airoha 7581+ MT 4x4 *3 config.

Not sure who's at fault for my ONT issues.. (Gemtek + AXON networks design) but I'm not a fan so far.. I'm convinced the firmware or backend is completely eff'd.

but I'm not a fan so far..

This is obviously different. The design language of this new product screams "Rock solid!", as you can tell. The application method - just erect it at the corner of your property and it will stay there doing its thing for generations to come... until archeologists detect the beacons, find it and disturb it.

Yeah ID is pretty out there.

Gemtek hasn't had much certified for US FCC aside from a few ISP solutions. The previous WIFI used plume SW.. :\

Gemtek is one of the largest ODM's in Taiwan - you'd be surprised which name brand routers are actually gemtek designed and manufactured...

@TheLostSwede - thanks for posting - I'm sure we'll likely see a variant of the design branded by one of the major retail co's at some point...
