Google/Chromecast connection weirdness after a day of uptime

I’m having a weird issue that’s getting tough to narrow down. Every so often I’m unable to cast to my Chromecasts, and it seems like google-based services slow down or stall. Rebooting my ac-5300 seems to resolve it, but it happens about once a day sometimes. I’m running 380.69, but I recall it happening with 380.68 as well. Has anyone else seen similar issues?
