Guest Network Pro and Binding

New Around Here
Hello, I've been using 2x XT12 and one XT8 in AP mode (with edgerouter X) on a two story home for a while, with old firmware, no problems whatsoever. Than my ISP started offering 1G internet, and I decided to upgrade to new opnsense device, and also updated asus firmware. The new Guest Network Pro caught my eye, so also reorganized whole network; one for personal devices, one for Apple/Bonjour stuff, one for IoT, cameras and one for guest.

Before the update, I've been using AP binding for all stationary devices - apple tvs, desktop computers, printers, tv, homepods, cameras etc. For the rest, I disabled smart connect & roaming assistant, and relied on Agile Multiband (802.11k and 802.11r) which works great for iphones and macbooks.

The problem is, after setting up Guest Network Pro, I can't see any VLAN devices on topology section, so I can't bind them to APs. I tried setting up SSIDs without VLAN first, bind them, and create guest networks later, but the binds expired 1-2 days later. I also looked for a solution through SSH, but binding devices through it is almost impossible, and probably it would expire too.

I tried using the app instead of the webui. Tried changing ip range, subnet. Gave a change to smart connect/roaming assistant, but devices, especially homepods start to bounce between nodes and eventually they just stay disconnected.

Is there any other way to see guest network pro devices on other subnets on topology, or bind them to nodes? Am I missing something here?

BTW, with latest firmware, webui lets you create guest networks with vlan, and select xt8, but xt8 never actually broadcast them. I tried setting everything up and add xt8 later, and also tried adding all nodes first and than adding guest networks. Ended up buying two more xt12s on sale, and if I ever figure out binding, everything should be perfect.
