Guest WLAN network, Access Intranet to Disable, except IP ? possible ?

I have 'Access Intranet' to Disable on my Guest network. But I would like my Guests to have access to one specific device that has a static IP on my network. Anyone know if it would be possible to write such a rule, giving Guests access to one specific IP ?

Or would by-design, or security concerns rule out such routing. Ignoring the possibility of Guest devices taking control of that one IP device.

Have you had a good look at this thread, there is something similar posted.
It will give you a good start.

Thanks for the pointer :) Looks like I need to read up on ifconfig / ebtables / iptables. See what I can make work.
