Have a question about NVRAM.

I was wondering if this is normal, when I look at the NVRAM usage it shows

41069/65536 bytes.

Is this normal, also how would I be able to clear it out??

RT-AC68R,Running Merlin 376.47

Thanks guys.

I am interested in how "to clear it out" also. I think the answer is to telnet-in, but I seem to have lost the command to clear NVRAM.

To be honest I dont even know what it does, but have read that it causes issues if it gets full???

Hopefully someone can explain how to clear it. I am a noob when it comes to these routers.

The nvram (non-volatile) ram is what stores all of the options you have set thru the gui and other operating parameters for the router. The only time you may want to clear it is when you want to set the router to a default state, such as when changing code loads (in which case it will repopulate as you re-enter your configuration).

Your usage is well within normal....don't worry about it.
