So I've tested my configuration of Mullvad VPN which was done through following their guide
https://mullvad.net/en/guides/asus-merlin-and-mullvad-vpn/

it works properly on LAN but totally fails connecting to the internet on the guest network

at first I thought it was the routes I set or my router IP being changed but even after setting 0.0.0.0 as source IP, it still doesn't work

I've learned that the guest network uses some special virtual bridge configuration but my level is still very low to even think of a way around this nor do I know if I just need to simply fix a thing or two on the ovpn settings

In any case, I would gladly try out any suggestion and I am open to the use of jffs scripts. I am also open to try to learn through adequate explanation

EDIT: Peraburek at page 1 of this thread
https://www.snbforums.com/threads/dedicate-1-ssid-for-vpn-and-1-ssid-for-usual-with-asuswrt-merlin.31415/page-1#post-346646

seems to have a sensible script for this scenario but user reports it isn't working
does anyone see a problem with the script? Merlin does point out that it uses a wrong start method so I guess one can start from there
