Having trouble getting VPN work using CyberGhost

I really thought I was doing it right but i'm afraid I might need help and the few things I have found so far on the forum didn't work unfortunately (attaching log in case it's helpful)

I use CyberGhost with default settings (just disabled compression and DNS because I use PiHole) and never had a problem with Asus and Merlin

Yeah, I get that it should have worked. It didn't so I posted my log hoping someone with more understanding might lend a hand. Maybe I should try disabling those two things? I'll try it out as soon as I get the chance. TY

The error refers to a missing username, did you fill this in?

Please provide screenshots of your VPN Client configuration.

Probably just download the app on the NAS.
