Hello, I'm having issues with the QNA-T310G1S adapter I bought.
Neither on a Windows machine nor on a MacOS machine is the device recognized as a network device.
I've attached screenshots of how it looks like in device manager / system information on Windows/Mac.
On Mikrotik side once I connect a transciever the device I see the link as up but of course nothing on Windows/Mac side as it's simply doesn't exist under network adapter / network interface.
I've tried updating the firmware as suggested on qnap site but I get the following error:
Aquantia AQtion Firmware Update Tool [Version 1.4.2]
No Aquantia network adapter found
Anyone got any suggestions?
