New Around Here
Hi everyone,
Here is my current network setup.
Cable Modem(Comcast) -> DLINK DIR-655 -> TRENDNET GIGABIT SWITCH ->...
... WRT54GS (DD-WRT).
And machines are connected to some of the dlink ports, and the trendnet ports. Currently, the linksys router is configured as a Wireless AP and switch. Initially, I had configured the linksys router as the main router, but it was acting funny so I switched it out (low transfer speeds).
Unfortunately, I was using it to pxe boot w/ dnsmasq. I have checked the settings of the dlink, and to my knowledge there is no way to serve a file, or forward dhcp requests. What can I do to get pxe boot working? I would prefer to keep the dlink connected to the modem, as I have gotten super fast transfer speeds (100MB/s).
