Help with "routing"

Hi guys, sorry to bother with this noob problem.

Right now I'm using AsusWrt-Merlin dual wan with load balance.

What I need to do is force 1 PC to use always wan connection instead of switching between wan and ethernet lan 1, is there a easy way to do it?
