Help with Wireguard Client set up, access local LAN & provider DNS

Trying to set up WireGuard using SurfShark config file. If I have default AllowedIPs = 0.0.0.0/0 as provided in the config file, everything works but I can't access local LAN. What do I need to put their to be able to access local LAN devices while connected to VPN & VPN Provider DNS servers should be used. Have tried a few setting which enable me to access LAN devices but SurfShark VPN servers in config file get ignored & AdGuardHome provided DNS gets used which is installed on router.
