I've just checked and the CPU usage on my RT-AC86U is currently running very high. Should I be concerned?

if you just updated firmware, or it happens after firmware update, I will suggest a power cycle and clear nvram via wps button

also power cycle by power the router off for 30 sec+ and nvram clear again.
that help me with the high CPU usage last time I experience the high CPU spike.

in case you do it differently, here is the step I did it.

power off for 30 sec+, hold wps button while powering up.
wait till power led to start blinking/flashing, and then release wps button.
wait till it reboot and reconfigure everything without loading previous configuration.

No...

Just means that one of the cores is being fully utilized - e.g. it's not idle...

Look at the other core...

I just switched off the router, waited a few seconds and then turned it back on. Problem solved. Anyone know why this is happening?
