New Around Here
Hi, i'm looking for a home cinema/entertainment NAS that will fulfil all my A/V needs. I do not require any home office features as this will be purely a NAS for leisure. Now at the moment i have:

PS3
XBOX 360
WII
DVR
fed into:

HDMI DLNA AMP/RECEIVER

which feeds:
DLNA LCD TV
PROJECTOR

I also have a pc and laptop and all are wired to a gigabit switch.

My requirements are high capacity storage for HiDef A/V files which can be accessed from all equipment connected to my gigabit LAN. My major concern is not going over board and buying an expensive business NAS that have features i will never use.

Do you guys have any suggestions or questions, that will help me on my journey?

Many thanks.
Regards,
Carl.

Recurring popular choices: Synology and QNAP. Both have demo web sites, kind of try before you buy.
