Home remodel equipment advice requested

Greetings
I need some advice on network components for a home remodel.

I am planning for a home renovation and have identified 24 networks drops and 6 POE networks drops.

For the regular drops does anyone have a recomendation for a 24 port smart giga e router? Also I am planning on request cat 6e is there anything I should watchout for or specifiy from a installer?

For the PoE drops I am planning on installing 4 IP cameras and 2 APs looking for recommended equipment? (avg cost of cameras $150, APs $100)
What PoE rotuer would you recommend again smart say 8 port giga e?
What IP carmera PoE would you recommend assume pan tilt zoom and compatability with synology survalliance station for recording
What G/N PoE access point would you recommend assume on avarage a max of 5 users per AP

I am also planning on adding home automation so if you have any recoomendations for that equipment I would like to hear it. Assume the following:
- Security System
- Lighting Control
- Logic engine if this then that
- Power monitoring circuit by circuit
- Thermostat contrlo- Lighting Control
- Logic engine if this then that
- Power monitoring circuit by circuit
- Thermostat control

16port Smart Switch = Cisco SG200-18
As for the Cat6 cabeling, buy it in bulk yourself from Amazon (500 or 100ft spools)...you'll save a ton. Ask your contractor what the cost is for the cable upfront, and then see what you can get it for. That way you'll know he took that cost off your bill when you provide the bulk cable to him.
As for cameras, for the money...i like Foscam
As for AP's, Cisco WAP4410n

Maybe someone else can fill in the rest.

in the end though...just stay away from Hawking equipment. it's all terrible.
