How do I setup VPN on this router?

Occasional Visitor
I am completely new to routers and VPN... I have an office with an office computer but i would like to backup a folder to my home NAS server folder (Qnap 1079 Pro). Can anyone provide detailed instructions on how to set up the router and then the setup on a Windows 7 computer? What information do I need? The office has a static IP address and the home computer has a dynamic IP address... thanks!
