How do I use port forwarding when I use a 4G usb modem?

I'm running the latest merlin build 374.41 and I got my Huawei E3276 working, really nice speeds for living out in the woods hehe...! This Usb modem is unfortunately one of the HiLink ones, so I guess I'm running double NAT here. I just have one more problem to solve before I'm satisfied and that is port forwarding.

I configure port 45000 to be directed to a computer running a ftp server (on port 45000 of course). The windows firewall is turned off. However, when running various port check tools online, I can conclude that port 45000 is closed.

Please please please, tell me there is a way to fix this?

If there is need of more info or logs, I will be happy to provide this. Thank you very much for assisting me :D

How in the heck did you get .41 to work with huawei e3276??

The port forwarding propably does not work if your 4G is natted. Atleast in my country all 4G connections are natted by isp because of insufficient number of ipv4 addresses available. In my country there is still possibility for 3G ipv4 address anyway (if you set the apn to the ipv4 apn address provided by isp). Check your isp if this is the case, you need non-natted ipv4 address to get the port forwarding to work!
