I need to block access from my son's computer "ip 192.168.1.8" from accessing "ip 192.168.1.5 port 445". I have an AC1900 and have had no luck doing this in the routers firewall, I am sure I am not inputting the parameters correctly.

Any help will be appreciated.

You can't. The LAN traffic goes through the network switch and never gets processed by the firewall.

You'd need to block it with a firewall running on 192.168.1.5 host.
