Good morning,
Compliments,

I have two doubts,

1st How to block YouTube on the router for the entire network?
I've already tried Firewall - URL Filter and it doesn't work.

ytstatic.l.google.com

youtube-ui.l.google.com

On Router AX88U it works well.

2nd In Guest Network Pro, when creating a Guest network or another network, wan/lan port 1 (2.5GHz) is without internet access.

Blocking sites at network level is becoming an impossible problem to solve.
Dynamic domains, some country specific. Different IP spaces, also very region specific.
And also DNS over HTTPS.
Blocking it from a simple router became a no-go space. There's no way to win that war. An easier path is to block it at device level - parrent control type of apps.

On point #2 I have no idea.

Have you tried just youtube as the keyword?
Then restart router after you place the keyword in the list.

I use "Parental Control" on AC86U, check-marking "entertainment and streaming" - to block the YT on kiddo's devices when needed. (It is a per-device setting, not the entire network.)

However, just recently, it was weirdly working for one web browser on one of those devices in question, and not for another (Chrome vs. Firefox).
I still don't know what would be responsible for that difference. (I saw that the kiddo was trying to use online proxies to go around this block), but in this case, it was even when directly accessing YT, and I didn't see any proxy in the browser settings.

Regarding Point 2, do you have an internet connection for which you have to specify a VLAN ID on IPTV tab eventually?

This is the reason why you have not connectivity on LAN/WAN 1 port and I honestly don't know if it's supposed to be in such way or it's a bug.

EDIT: which type of WAN connection you have (DHCP, PPPoE, etc...)?
