How to throttle up and down speeds

I have the asus rt AC-68u I'm looking to control my bandwith for each house hold clients for example I would like to throttle my kids Xbox 360 to a slower speed is there a bandwith control setting? I know there is Qos but all I want is to lower Xbox to let's say 512 kbs upload and 2 MB download for both Xbox is there a way. Thanksw
