How to forward DNS info to my devices?

New Around Here
I'm using google dns right now, but I don't know how to forward the dns info to my devices. I have to change something in LAN DHCP setting? When I checked my device (laptop) showing my dns server 192.168.1.1, please give me some advices here.
I had AC68U router btw
